Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide from our global fulfillment network. Some destinations may be restricted due to carrier limitations, sanctions, or force majeure.

  • P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO: Availability varies by carrier and destination. If a P.O. Box is not supported, please provide a physical address.

Processing Times

  • Order processing & verification: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after the daily cutoff or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Estimated Transit Times

Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout based on your address. Typical transit windows (business days) once dispatched:

  • Standard: ~7–20 business days (destination-dependent)

  • Expedited: ~5–12 business days

  • Express / Priority: ~2–7 business days

Estimates exclude customs inspection times and local holidays. Actual delivery may vary.

Tracking

  • A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

  • Tracking may take 24–72 hours to activate with the carrier.

  • Multiple-item orders may ship in separate parcels with separate tracking.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) unless stated otherwise.

  • Import duties, VAT/GST, broker fees, and local taxes are determined by your customs authority and are payable by the recipient.

  • Refusal to pay duties/taxes that results in return-to-sender may incur fees deducted from your refund (see “Undeliverable or Refused Packages”).

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • We can update addresses before dispatch only. Once shipped, changes must be coordinated with the carrier (if available).

Delivery Attempts & Signature

  • Carriers may attempt delivery multiple times or route to a local pick-up point.

  • Signature on delivery may be required for high-value orders or specific destinations.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Packages returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, non-collection, or refusal to pay duties/taxes:

  • We can reship (additional shipping charges apply), or

  • Refund the item(s) minus original shipping and return fees (if any), once the parcel is received back and processed.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Parcels

  • Delays: Weather, customs, peak seasons, or force majeure can extend transit times.

  • Lost in transit: If there’s no tracking update beyond normal timeframes (typically 15+ business days international), contact us at [store email] so we can open a carrier investigation.

  • Marked delivered but not received: Please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and your local post office. If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan for next steps.

  • Stolen after delivery: We can assist with documentation; outcomes depend on carrier findings and local circumstances.

Damaged Packages or Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email [store email] within 24 hours of delivery with:

  1. Photos of the outer box/packaging

  2. Photos of the shipping label

  3. Photos of the damaged item(s)
This allows us to file a timely claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

Split Shipments & Pre-Orders

  • We may split shipments so in-stock items arrive sooner.

  • Pre-order / back-order items ship when available; your confirmation email will include the latest estimate.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, destination, and selected service.

  • If offered, Free Shipping thresholds and eligible regions will be displayed on the site and at checkout.

Risk of Loss

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address on file. For added security, consider signature required services where available.

Holidays & Peak Seasons

High volume periods (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Lunar New Year, year-end holidays) can affect both processing and transit times.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, carrier disruptions, or government actions).
