Returns & Exchanges Policy
You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to start a return.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
We do not charge restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged Packaging or Items?
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately showing the condition of the outer packaging and the contents.

Please do this within 24 hours of delivery; otherwise, your claim may be invalid.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether it has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges
We currently process exchanges by issuing a refund for the returned item.
If you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order for the replacement item.
